Ohio's discriminatory satellite tax unjustly punishes subscribers, especially rural Ohioans

Ohioans who choose satellite TV service because of its superior quality and service, programming and lower price should not be penalized with a discriminatory tax. Neither should rural Ohioans, for whom satellite television may be the only pay TV choice.
